March 8, 2022 - Regular Meeting

• A big thanks to Earl for allowing us to use his shop for our meetings!
• Also, thanks to all the members that showed up to help move all the equipment to Earl's shop so we'd be ready for the meeting.
• Roger Gilliam would like to thank everyone who donated items for the Mule Day auctioneer event.  The auction will take place on April 1st.
• Randy shared some news about a new dust mask he's been trying out from FirstWave3D.  He will have more details to share along with a discount code at the next meeting.
• Our demonstrator for tonight was Scott Wood from Dickson Woodturners (and a new member of the Duck River Woodturners).  Scott showed the club how he creates small end-grain hollow forms / vases (check out the first picture in the gallery below for examples).  Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, we do not have the video of Scott's demonstration available.  That just means we'll have to get him to demo it again for us later.   ;)
