July 12, 2022 - Regular Meeting

• We had a couple of folks stop by that haven't been to a meeting in a while.  Thanks Tim and Chris for stopping by, hope to see you again at the next meeting.
  
• We would like to welcome Alan Rozen to the club.  He recently joined the TAW and has now also joined DRWT.  Glad to have you with us.
  
• We wish Earl a speedy recovery as he is not feeling well.  Get better soon!
  
• The Boys and Girls Club is still needing donations.  Final turn-in for items will be at the August 12 meeting.
  
• We are still accepting wig stands for the cancer center.
  
• There is a picnic in Spring Hill put on by the UAW.  We have an opportunity for a sales booth if anyone is interested.
  
• Congratulations to Katie Stofel, our newly elected Club President.
  
• Gynn will step back to act as Vice President / Treasurer and Earl will remain the club Secretary.
  
• Board members have also been selected.  Thanks to Gretchen, Roger, Randy, Fran, Bill, and Gynn for accepting this role.
  
• We have added an additional monitor to our video setup so that the demonstrator can see what the audience sees.  This should help with positioning items for members to more easily on the TV.
  
• Our demonstration tonight was courtesy of Mike Zinser who showed us how to turn a Kimberly Winkle designed three-legged stool.  There are some written directions below that can be downloaded.  Additionally, the video for this demonstration will be available under the Video Archives for current members.
